Cita de Usuario borrado en 4 septiembre, 2025, 3:10 amHello everyone,
Nowadays, many services have developed mobile applications to help customers operate more quickly. I wonder: should our national postal service develop an “all-in-one” application for users?
In my opinion, a modern postal application can include the following features:
📦 Real-time tracking of parcels.
💳 Online payment (card, e-wallet).
🏠 Schedule a pickup at home instead of having to go to the post office.
📨 Push notification when the goods arrive, are late, or fail to deliver.
🤝 Support customers via live chat instead of having to call.
👉 I would love to hear from the Golf Hit community:
If there were an official app from the post office, what features would you like the most?
Do you think such an app would increase trust and convenience when sending/receiving goods?
Or do you think that private postal services are already better?
This topic is certainly relevant to all of us—senders, recipients, and those working in the industry. We look forward to hearing from everyone to together envision the “smart post office” of the future!

Cita de LoisSabo en 6 noviembre, 2025, 2:46 amGosh, postal services diving into the app world, huh? A whole digital post office at your fingertips...intriguing! Seems like everyone's going mobile these days. The question is, can a national service pull it off effectively? My mind is a Slope full of thoughts about that question. Once I was promised expedited delivery on a crucial document, only for it to vanish into a black hole for weeks. Online tracking would have saved my sanity! What a chaotic mess that was!
