2️⃣ Consider choosing the right service
Send urgently → choose express delivery.
Send important documents → choose guaranteed service.
Send regular goods → choose a savings package to reduce costs.
3️⃣ Always ask for and keep the tracking number
This is the "key" to help you track the journey of the package and make a complaint if necessary.
4️⃣ Choose a smart time to send
Avoid peak holidays/New Year because of the overload of orders, and delivery time will be longer.
5️⃣ Use an online application/price list before sending
You can compare prices, estimate time, and choose the most optimal service.
